The Ascend Mentoring Program comes with a five-day cooling-off period. A full refund will be granted if the refund request is placed within 5 working days from the date of the purchase.
Any refund requests after the cooling-off period will not be accommodated.

1.2 Refunds
By signing up, you acknowledge that you shall not be entitled to and shall not claim a refund other than by strict compliance with Clause 1.1.
All payments for Ascend Mentoring or for services provided via Salesable are in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.
If you decide to cancel your Salesable membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside app.salesable.co ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; Salesable Funnel Templates, Workflows, & Courses. You will be removed from the Salesable Community Facebook Group.
Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.
If you wish to cancel your Salesable subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address: support@salesable.co.
1.3 Subscription Terms And Automatic Payment
A Salesable user is responsible for paying all sums due to Salesable in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the Salesable user to use any of the services available through the service provided by Salesable does not relieve the Salesable user of their payment obligations under these Terms.
Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).
With your membership to Salesable, you’ll receive access to our exclusive Salesable Digital Assets, Training and Support Channels, Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; Salesable funnel templates, Salesable Email templates and Salesable Automations. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on Salesable Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within Salesable, exclusively for current Salesable members only.
This means that everything inside the Salesable (app.salesable.co) is non-transferable to any other Salesable ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of Salesable training materials outside of Salesable membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited.
If you decide to cancel your Salesable membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.salesable.co ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; Salesable Funnels Templates, Ascend Marketing University. You will be removed from the Salesable Community Facebook Group.
